For our artistic direction services, you may cancel your consultation or workshop up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of your session to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
For ongoing monthly support subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to services until that time. Refunds for the current month are not available after services have been provided.
